Introduction
Among the many amazing projects that we participate in, working on content for children is one of our all-time favorites! Storybooks help children develop their language skills, trigger curiosity and creativity, and fuel their imagination. As we watched a humanitarian crisis unfold in Eastern and Central Europe, we were very fortunate to work on more than a dozen children’s books for nonprofit organizations trying to give some relief to Ukrainian families going through such a hard and unfair situation, especially for their children.

In recent years, Eastern and Central Europe have been hit hard by conflicts, economic crises, and natural disasters. Ukraine, in particular, has been struggling with a war in the east of the country, which has displaced millions of people and left many without access to basic necessities. The crisis has taken a heavy toll on children, who have lost homes, schools, and loved ones. In addition to the physical hardships, children are also facing emotional trauma, anxiety, and fear.
